Search Terms
When you enter a name, location, or related search term into a search tool, that information may be sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Cedar County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or other contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to review it and respond. It is not shared outside the organization unless a legal obligation requires disclosure.

This site links to Cedar County offices, jail and sheriff resources, Nebraska public-records materials, NEVCAP, NDCS, federal locators, ICE ODLS, and third-party search tools. Once you leave this site, the privacy policy of the destination service controls its collection and use of information.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to recognize activity across websites for ad delivery or measurement. That tracking is handled by those partners, not by Cedar County Inmate Population's own record system.
